Job Title: Network Support Engineer (Onsite – Bothell, WA)
Location: Bothell, WA
Duration: 6 Months
Responsibilities:

Provide onsite support for Cisco Routing & Switching and Cisco SDA environments.

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure to ensure uptime.

Resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and manage problems.

Support network changes, upgrades, and implementations per operational needs.

Ensure network availability, performance, and security in line with SLAs.

Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams in a manufacturing setting.

Maintain documentation and provide operational reports.
Requirements:

Hands on experience with Cisco Routing & Switching.

Knowledge of Cisco Software Defined Access (SDA).
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
-
Experience in incident resolution and change management.
-
Good communication and documentation skills.
-
Ability to work onsite in Bothell, WA.
