Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Significant experience leading complex enterprise technology or business transformation projects.

\n

• Demonstrated experience managing an ERP implementation or a major ERP workstream.

\n

• Direct experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle ERP, SAP ERP, or a comparable enterprise platform.

\n

• Experience creating and maintaining detailed project plans, governance materials, status reports, and executive presentations.

\n

• Practical experience managing delivery through Azure DevOps.

\n

• Experience coordinating work across business, technology, vendor, and leadership teams.

\n

• High-risk, issue, dependency, decision, and change-management capabilities.

\n

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.

\n

• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

\n

• Ability to work as an individual contributor and personally own project management deliverables.

\n

• Experience operating in an Agile or hybrid delivery environment.

\n

• Demonstrated ability to accept feedback, adjust course, and work collaboratively within an established leadership structure.
