Job Title: Solution Architect Lead – D365 / Power Platform / Azure
Location: Washington, DC
Work Mode: Onsite
Note: Managerial/Lead references will be required at the of profile submission
Required Experience:
- 16+ years of progressive IT experience; 8+ years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture.
- 7+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse & Power Platform.
- 5+ years as Lead/Principal Architect with at least 2 complete D365 implementation lifecycles.
- 4+ years Azure architecture & development, including PaaS, data, and identity.
- 2+ years Generative AI/Agentic AI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or Copilot Studio.
- 2+ years RAG, grounding, tool calling, agent orchestration, and AI evaluation.
- 5+ years application security in regulated environments; NIST 800-53, threat modeling, and secure SDLC.
- 2+ years GCC/GCC High/Azure Government experience.
- 5+ years D365 pro-code extensibility using C#/.NET, Plug-ins, Custom APIs, and PCF.
- 4+ years Power Platform ALM, solution layering, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
- Strong executive communication and production support experience.
Required Certifications:
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service – MB-230
- Power Platform Solution Architect Expert – PL-600
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert – AZ-305
Preferred:
- HHS / Child Welfare / Medicaid / Public Health experience.
- AFCARS, NCANDS, NYTD, CFSR, or Title IV-E reporting.
- Power Pages, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Data Factory, and Power BI.
- Public-sector/government delivery experience.
- PL-400, AI-102, AZ-500, SC-100, TOGAF, CISSP/CCSP, DP-600/DP-203.
