Cash Now Philly is a fast-growing real estate investment company focused on helping homeowners sell quickly, easily, and without hassle. Our marketing engine consistently generates a high volume of motivated seller leads, and we are looking for someone who can take full ownership of managing and converting those opportunities.

This is a central, high-impact role within the business. You will be responsible for handling incoming leads, maintaining a clean and organized CRM, and ensuring every opportunity is followed up with speed, professionalism, and consistency.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected first-year earnings: $65,000 to $75,000

Compensation:

$65,000 - $75,000 yearly


Responsibilities:

Lead Management

  • Respond quickly to inbound seller leads
  • Speak with homeowners and gather key property information
  • Qualify leads and route strong opportunities to the acquisitions team
  • Ensure every lead receives consistent follow-up

Database Management

  • Maintain and organize our CRM database
  • Tag and categorize leads correctly
  • Keep notes, timelines, and communication records updated
  • Track lead sources and marketing performance

Follow Up and Pipeline Management

  • Ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks
  • Manage follow-up schedules and nurture leads over time
  • Support the acquisitions team with organized and accurate lead data

Process Improvement

  • Help improve lead management systems and workflows
  • Identify opportunities to make the pipeline more efficient



Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Comfortable speaking with people and asking questions
  • Fast responder who understands the importance of speed to lead
  • Proactive problem solver who keeps systems running smoothly
  • Comfortable using CRMs and learning new software

Preferred Experience

  • CRM experience in Salesforce or similar
  • Inside sales or lead management experience
  • Real estate or real estate investment experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
