Key Responsibilities

- Framework Design: Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks from scratch using Playwright with TypeScript or JavaScript/Java.
- API & Data Validation: Execute complex API tests and data-driven validations to secure transaction ledgers and upstream/downstream banking systems.
- Compliance & Security Testing: Validate regulatory compliance rules, audit trails, and financial crime detection engines.
- CI/CD Integration: Integrate Playwright test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) for continuous automated regression testing.

Qualifications

- Experience: 8+ years of total software testing experience, with at least 8+ years dedicated to web automation.
- Core Tech: Deep hands-on production expertise with Playwright, TypeScript/JavaScript or Java, and REST API validation tools (Postman, REST Assured).
- Domain Knowledge: Prior working experience or strong familiarity with fintech, banking syst
