Adecco is recruiting a dedicated QA Training Specialist in Durham, NC. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and strengthen a high-performing quality assurance team through impactful training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will play an integral part in onboarding new employees, enhancing QA training processes, and ensuring operational excellence and consistency across departments.

Location: Durham, NC

Pay Rate: $18.50 – $19.88 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for QA team members utilizing hands-on instruction, mentoring, workshops, and job shadowing.

  • Support onboarding and ongoing training for new and temporary QA staff, ensuring they meet quality standards and expectations.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness by assessing employee performance, identifying skill gaps, and implementing targeted developmental improvements.

  • Conduct audits to measure employee knowledge and performance, document findings, and recommend corrective actions to address training deficiencies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine training programs, improve QA processes, and enhance overall operational performance.

  • Uphold safety and compliance standards, including adherence to company policies, work instructions, ISO requirements, and departmental goals.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, training, manufacturing, or a related environment.

  • Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

  • Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and applying written and verbal instructions.

  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during shifts.

  • Willingness to work overtime, including mandatory hours as needed.

Work Schedule:

  • Rotating 12-hour shifts: 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on, with every other weekend off.

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay Details: $18.50 to $19.88 per hour
