Adecco is recruiting a dedicated QA Training Specialist in Durham, NC. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and strengthen a high-performing quality assurance team through impactful training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will play an integral part in onboarding new employees, enhancing QA training processes, and ensuring operational excellence and consistency across departments.
Location: Durham, NC
Pay Rate: $18.50 – $19.88 per hour
Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging training programs for QA team members utilizing hands-on instruction, mentoring, workshops, and job shadowing.

Support onboarding and ongoing training for new and temporary QA staff, ensuring they meet quality standards and expectations.

Evaluate training effectiveness by assessing employee performance, identifying skill gaps, and implementing targeted developmental improvements.

Conduct audits to measure employee knowledge and performance, document findings, and recommend corrective actions to address training deficiencies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine training programs, improve QA processes, and enhance overall operational performance.

Uphold safety and compliance standards, including adherence to company policies, work instructions, ISO requirements, and departmental goals.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, training, manufacturing, or a related environment.

Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and applying written and verbal instructions.

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during shifts.

Willingness to work overtime, including mandatory hours as needed.
Work Schedule:
-
Rotating 12-hour shifts: 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on, with every other weekend off.

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay Details: $18.50 to $19.88 per hour
