Job Summary

\n

Lead end-of-the-end QA and testing for an enterprise ERP migration from PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud Fusion. The role focuses on test strategy, data migration validation, SIT, functional testing, security/RBAC, UAT, regression testing, and QA governance, with strong hands-on expertise in Jira and Xray Test Management.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Define and execute the master test strategy for PeopleSoft-to-Oracle Fusion migration.

\n

• Establish QA governance, testing standards, entry/exit criteria, and defect management processes.

\n

• Lead QA teams, business analysts, and system integrators across onshore/offshore teams.

\n

• Design and manage Xray Test Plans, Test Sets, and test repositories.

\n

• Configure Jira/Xray for end-to-end traceability across requirements, test cases, configurations, and defects.

\n

• Create Jira dashboards and Xray coverage reports for stakeholder visibility.

\n

• Validate data extraction, transformation, migration, and loading from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion.

\n

• Develop regression testing strategies for quarterly Oracle Fusion updates.

\n

• Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders and manage defect triage.

\n

\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• 10+ years of software testing experience.

\n

• 4+ years as a QA Lead or Test Manager on large-scale ERP implementations.

\n

• Proven experience leading at least one PeopleSoft-to-Oracle Cloud Fusion migration.

\n

• Advanced hands-on expertise in Jira and Xray Test Management.

\n

• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and modules.

\n

• SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.

\n

• Experience with data reconciliation tools.

\n

• Familiarity with Selenium or Tricentis Tosca integration with Xray through CI/CD pipelines.

\n

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Oracle Cloud Fusion certification.

\n

• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification.

\n

• Experience with automated regression testing tools for Oracle Fusion.
