Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Lead based in Nashville, TN. The Project Lead will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of structured cabling and audiovisual system installation projects. Responsibilities include ensuring timely project delivery, resource management, monitoring project milestones, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves leading project teams, communication with clients and stakeholders, and resolving any issues to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Project Management experience, including planning, timeline development, and resource coordination
- Strong leadership and team management skills to guide project teams effectively
- Knowledge of structured cabling, low voltage systems, audiovisual systems, and related technologies
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making with a focus on delivering quality results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to ensure safety compliance and monitor project quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the structured cabling or audiovisual industry is a significant advantage
- Certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
