Salary: Up to $300,000 + 25–30% annual bonus + full benefits

Travel: 80–90%

We are currently recruiting for a Project Director to lead major Semiconductor projects across the United States for a leading global engineering and construction business.
\n
This is a senior project leadership position with responsibility for the successful delivery of large, complex capital projects from planning through to completion.
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
• Lead the overall execution of major Semiconductor projects
\n
• Provide leadership across project teams, contractors, consultants and key stakeholders
\n
• Manage schedule, budget, commercial performance and delivery strategy
\n
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
\n
• Drive project performance, quality, safety and operational excellence
\n
• Lead teams through complex construction, commissioning and turnover activities
\n
• Identify and manage project risks, changes and commercial issues
\n
• Work closely with senior leadership and clients to ensure successful project outcomes
\n
\n
Ideal Background:
\n
• Significant experience delivering large scale Data Center, Semiconductor, Advanced Technology or Mission Critical projects
\n
• Proven experience at Project Director, Senior Project Manager or Program Director level
\n
• Strong EPC / EPCM project delivery experience
\n
• Experience managing complex, high value capital projects
\n
• Strong commercial, contractual and client management skills
\n
• Excellent leadership and communication capabilities
\n
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across the US
\n
\n
This is a high profile opportunity with significant responsibility and exposure to some of the most complex Advanced Technology projects in the US.
\n
\n
This role is based in Albany, NY but will include heavy travel across the US.
