Role : Windchill Data Migration Lead

10+ years of Hands experience in data migration projects| in a Windchill environment.2.Should manage the end to end extraction| transformation and loading of PLM data in or out of PTC windchill.3.Define the complete migration roadmap including scope| risk management and scheduling or choosing strategies.4.Analyze source and target data model to create precise source to target mapping rules for parts| BOMs| CAD documents| change notice etc.5.Utilize tools like WBM| custom JAVA APIs and SQL scripts to run data extraction and load.6.Identify data quality issue| handle duplicate records| resolve relationship breaks and perform preload/postload reconciliation.7.Act as bridge between business users| functional analyst| IT infra team and data migration team.8.Should have working knowledge in Windchill PLM Domain and experience in Medical device is preferred 9.Solid understanding of Windchill data model| workflows| and configurations10.Experience in migrating data from Non PLM to windchill environment is advantageous11.Solid understanding of data migration concepts| methodologies| and best practices.12.Proficiency in Windchill data migration tools and utilities including Site consolidation tools and processes13.Experience with data mapping| transformation| and validation techniques.14.Proficiency in scripting languages for automating migration processes.15.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.16.Relevant certifications in data management or PLM are advantageous"
