Key Responsibilities
-
Perform visual, dimensional, and receiving inspections using gauges, micrometers, and other measurement equipment.

Review engineering drawings, shop orders, specifications, and inspection requirements.

Identify nonconforming products and complete discrepancy, rework, and inspection documentation.

Perform statistical analysis, investigate quality issues, and support corrective actions.

Conduct testing and verify supplier and customer-supplied materials meet specifications.
-
Support continuous improvement, audits, and quality-related projects.

Work closely with production, suppliers, customers, and the Quality team.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma/GED required; technical or associate degree preferred.

1-3+ years of manufacturing and quality inspection experience.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with quality tools/equipment.
-
CMM, inspection, or related measurement experience is a plus.

Must be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment and wear required PPE.
Preferred
-
Experience with root-cause analysis, corrective actions, ISO, Lean, or continuous improvement.

Familiarity with quality systems and inspection documentation.
