Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Automation test support, troubleshooting automated test execution, lab/device support, scripting, log analysis, manual testing, and coordination with distributed QA teams

\n

\n

\n

Skills

\n

\n
• 4G LTE, 5G (SA/NSA and FR1/FR2) technologies,

\n

• Hands-on device or lab testing; manual QA;

\n

• Functional and regression testing;

\n

• Basic IP/networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting;

\n

• Set-top-box, video, IPTV/OTT or connected-device testing experience preferred;

\n

• Basic Linux, scripting or automation exposure desirable.

\n

\n

\n

The QA Automation & Lab Engineer shall perform activities including, but not limited to:

\n

\n
• Support and troubleshoot existing automated test execution within the lab environment.

\n

• Investigate failed or interrupted automated test runs and assist with problem isolation and resolution.

\n

• Support configuration and troubleshooting of set-top boxes, Raspberry Pi-connected devices and associated automation infrastructure.

\n

• Perform log analysis and troubleshoot device, software, connectivity and test-environment issues.

\n

• Support scripting and automation activities, including enhancements to existing automation where required.

\n

• Perform manual functional, regression and video testing when required.

\n

• Coordinate with and distribute QA/automation teams to support continuous utilization of the lab and automated test environment.

\n

• Support knowledge transfer and cross-training of other Resources to improve overall team coverage.
