You’ll build on your CDOT experience to grow into a Project Management role, gaining unique expertise while managing documentation and compliance.
What you’ll be working on (and more)

Support CDOT heavy civil projects with scheduling, procurement, and project control.

Ensure compliance with CDOT requirements.

Gain exposure to both office and field operations.
What you’ll do day-to-day

Assist PMs with planning and scheduling.

Handle submittals, RFIs, and document control.

Coordinate with CDOT teams and subcontractors.

What you bring
-
Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management.
-
3–5 years of CDOT construction experience required.

OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
Strong communication skills.
