Reporting directly to experienced Project Managers, you'll support the successful delivery of complex custom home projects from pre-construction through to final completion. This role offers exposure to every stage of the construction lifecycle, making it an ideal opportunity for an ambitious construction professional looking to develop within a market-leading luxury builder.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the delivery of high-end custom residential projects valued at $20M+
- Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction, from planning through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders
- Track project schedules, monitor progress, and maintain accurate project documentation
- Assist with procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration
- Support budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and project reporting
- Attend site meetings and help maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship
- Assist with punch lists, project closeout, and client handover

Requirements:
\n

- 2–5 years of experience in project management, project engineering, or a similar construction role
- Previous experience within luxury residential, custom homes, or high-end construction is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for luxury residential construction
