Position Summary

\n

We are seeking a Senior Java Modernization Developer to design, develop, and support modern enterprise applications. This role will focus on building scalable microservices, developing backend solutions, and contributing to application modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Java 21, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture and be comfortable working throughout the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions to address business and operational challenges.

• Perform all phases of software engineering, including requirements analysis, application design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.

\n

• Develop scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.

\n

• Design and implement reusable components, frameworks, libraries, and microservices.

\n

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions.

\n

• Support application modernization efforts through containerization and cloud-native development practices.

\n

• Establish and promote best practices for application development, deployment, and modernization.

\n

• Design software solutions for complex technical problems and evolving business requirements.

\n

• Automate build, testing, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

\n

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support production applications.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

\n

• Strong hands-on experience with Java (Java 21), Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.

\n

• Experience designing and developing microservices-based applications.

\n

• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

\n

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

\n

• Familiarity with API-driven architectures and integration patterns.

\n

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

\n

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

\n
