NOW HIRING: IT SPECIALIST in WILLIAMSBURG, VA!Pay: $25 - $35/hr DOEHours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pmLocation: WilliamsburgJob Summary We are looking for a motivated IT Specialist to act as main IT point of contact for our Williamsburg, VA site, reporting to our Chief Technology Officer. Primary Responsibilities / Job Duties • Research, plan, install, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade hardware and software interfaces with the Windows operating system • Computer and mobile devices setup, installation, troubleshooting, service, upgrades and maintenance • Research and conduct hardware and software purchases • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems, including user access and component configuration • Record and maintain hardware and software inventories, site and/or server licensing and user access and security • Source, install, configure, and upgrade desktop hardware and peripherals to include network cards, printers, mice and add-in boards • Maintain confidentiality about the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the network • Assist personnel of other departments as a computer resource • Testing and troubleshooting patch cables (Cat5, Cat6, RJ-45) • Good working knowledge of Active Directory • Interface with Corporate IT Required Knowledge and Abilities • CompTIA Certification (Net+, Sec+) or Microsoft Certification • Associates or 3-5 years’ work experience in IT • Strong Customer Service Skills • Proficient in MS Office, Windows OS experience• Experience with Active Directory • Strong written & oral communication skills The Lee Group is driven by our purpose and passion – Aligning talent, Growing Businesses, and Changing Lives!
