Financial Additions is searching a Treasury Systems Administrator for a contract-to-hire opportunity near Frisco, TX. This position will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of Kyriba, the company's Treasury Management System. Company may consider direct-hire for ideal candidate. Candidates must have hands-on Kyriba experience and be comfortable supporting a complex, multi-entity environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Administer and maintain Kyriba, including system configuration, banking connectivity, and ongoing system support.
- Manage user access, security, permissions, and entitlements across Kyriba and related banking platforms.
- Support electronic banking activity, including ACH, wires, payments, and other banking transactions.
- Maintain banking information and system access across approximately 2,600 bank accounts and multiple entities/locations.
- Troubleshoot system, connectivity, and access issues while coordinating with internal teams, banks, and technology partners.
Qualifications include:
- 3+ years' hands-on Kyriba experience as a treasury management systems administrator in a multi-entity environment.
- Strong understanding of electronic banking, including ACH, wires, and payment processing.
- Experience managing user access, security permissions, and banking entitlements.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to support a complex, high-volume environment.
- Experience managing a large number of bank accounts and banking relationships.
- Knowledge of bank connectivity and integrations between a TMS and financial institutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Information Systems, or related field.
