What You'll Do

- Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform material and labor takeoffs
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and bid proposals
- Obtain and analyze vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Identify project risks and opportunities for cost savings
- Coordinate with project managers and operations teams
- Maintain estimating records and pricing databases
- Support project handoff after award

Qualifications
\n

- 2+ years of estimating experience preferred
- Experience in telecommunications, low-voltage, structured cabling, fiber optics, or construction estimating
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience with estimating software is a plus
