Schedule: Monday-Friday; occasional evenings/weekends as needed Salary Range\n
\n 15-20 per hour.\n

\nThe EWC advances economic mobility through workforce development, continuing education, employment assistance, financial empowerment, housing resources, entrepreneurship support, and community partnerships.\n
\n
Position Summary:
The role is responsible for assistance and coordinating programs and services that improve workforce readiness, employment opportunities, professional development, continuing education, and economic mobility for individuals and families.\n
\n
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate workforce development, economic mobility, and continuing education programs.\n
\n• Provide individualized guidance to participants regarding employment and career development.\n
\n• Assist clients with resumes, job applications, and interview preparation.\n
\n• Coordinate workshops, trainings, certifications, job fairs, and community events.\n
\n• Conduct community outreach and participant recruitment.\n
\n• Track outcomes and maintain program documentation.\n
\n• Prepare reports and maintain records for grants and programs.\n
\nRequired Qualifications\n
\n• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field.\n
\n• Fluency in English and Spanish (required).\n
\n• Strong organizational and communication skills.\n
\n• Experience working with immigrant and multicultural populations.\n
\n• Microsoft Office proficiency.\n
\n• Authorization to work in the United States.\n
\n
