Data Migration Technical Program Manager

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end data migration programs across legacy and target platforms, ensuring secure, accurate, and timely data transfer.

• Define migration strategy, plans, governance, cutover approach, validation checkpoints, and stakeholder reporting.

\n

• Establish data accuracy controls including source-to-target mapping, record count validation, reconciliation, exception tracking, approval workflows, and audit evidence capture.

\n

• Partner with business, technology, audit, compliance, and data teams to ensure SOX controls are embedded throughout the migration lifecycle.

\n

• Ensure compliance with change management, access control, segregation of duties, logging, and documentation requirements.

\n

• Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and executive communication while minimizing business disruption.
