- Lead multidisciplinary teams to successfully execute projects, achieving at least 95% client satisfaction ratings.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to maintain project integrity and minimize delays.
- Foster strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders to gain repeat business and referrals.
- Innovate and implement process improvements to boost efficiency by 15% year-over-year.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to enhance project feasibility and sustainability standards.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to post-completion evaluation.
