Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented IT Helpdesk Support Technician to join our team on-site at a local school. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to teachers, staff, and students by responding to helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring all technology systems are functioning smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support in-person at the school site.
  • Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and other classroom technology.
  • Assist staff and students with login issues, application support, and general IT usage.
  • Set up and configure new devices, peripherals, and classroom technology as needed.
  • Work with central IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, repairs, and service updates.
  • Support the setup and operation of AV equipment and classroom technology.
  • Ensure all technology complies with school IT policies
