- Manage site/civil design projects including grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, and roadway infrastructure
- Coordinate permitting and entitlement processes with local, state, and federal agencies
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverable quality
- Lead and mentor design teams, including engineers and CAD technicians
- Build and maintain client relationships and support business development efforts
- Need state license in NC or SC
