Role and Responsibilities: SAP ATTP Manager
\n
We are seeking an experienced SAP ATTP Manager with expertise in SAP Advanced Track & Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP) to lead serialization and traceability transformation initiatives. The role will be responsible for driving solution strategy, program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance across global pharmaceutical supply chain programs.

The ideal candidate will combine deep SAP ATTP functional knowledge with strong program leadership and business transformation experience to deliver scalable, compliant, and business-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP ATTP programs and transformation initiatives across global pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of serialization, traceability, and regulatory compliance solutions.
- Partner with business, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders to define solution roadmaps and execution strategies.
- Ensure compliance with global track-and-trace regulations and industry standards.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and delivery governance.
- Collaborate with SAP ATTP, ERP, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration and business process alignment.
- Provide thought leadership, solution guidance, and best practices for serialization and supply chain visibility.
- Mentor project teams and drive delivery excellence across engagements.

Qualifications & Experience

- 12-15+ years of SAP and Supply Chain experience with significant expertise in SAP ATTP.
- Proven experience leading global serialization and track-and-trace implementation programs.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain processes, manufacturing, logistics, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing large-scale transformation programs and senior stakeholder relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
