We're seeking a Lead Network Engineer to serve as the senior technical authority within our Service Delivery team. This is the "go-to" role for our most complex challenges — the person who owns the hardest escalations, architects infrastructure across our client base, and raises the bar for the engineers around them.
\n
\n
You are a networking expert first, with deep command of Windows Server, virtualization, and cloud technologies to match. You lead escalations, drive infrastructure projects from design through delivery, and mentor junior engineers. This role rewards elite troubleshooting, technical ownership, and the persistence to see difficult problems through to a clean resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Escalation
\n

- Act as the primary escalation point for the team's most complex network and systems issues.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across network, server, and virtualization environments.
- Take full ownership of critical incidents through to resolution.
- Set technical standards and mentor junior engineers to strengthen the team's overall capability.

Networking & Connectivity
\n

- Architect, deploy, and support firewall and switching platforms including SonicWall, Cisco Meraki, and Ubiquiti.
- Resolve complex routing, switching, VPN, and connectivity issues across diverse client networks.
- Own network design decisions for new deployments and client migrations.

Systems & Infrastructure Engineering
\n

- Design, implement, and support Windows Server environments across a varied client base.
- Manage virtualization platforms including Hyper-V and VMware.
- Support Microsoft 365 cloud services and integrations.

Project Engineering & Telephony
\n
- \n
- Lead infrastructure projects — server deployments, migrations, and cloud integrations — from planning to handoff.
- Partner with vendors and manufacturers to deliver tailored solutions.
- Deploy and support VoIP systems (3CX, Switchvox, Netsapiens, and Microsoft Teams Phone).
