Title: Implementation Manager (Airtable / Softr / Make) – Greenark
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time
Comp: $70K–$110K + bonuses

About the Role

Greenark is the first 2026 employer childcare credit platform, helping large companies unlock up to $600,000 in federal tax credits. We are building a compliance-grade, enterprise-ready platform using no-code tools for speed and scale.

You will own onboarding, configuration, portal building, and automation setup for every new employer.

Responsibilities

Build & maintain 3 portals (employee, employer, provider) using Softr
Configure Airtable bases for each employer
Create & manage Make.com automations
Join implementation calls with HR + Benefits teams
Build documentation & train employers
Ensure compliance accuracy across workflows
Work directly with CEO & Compliance Coordinator

Requirements

Strong Airtable skills
Strong Make/Zapier understanding
Experience building portals (Softr, Glide, Stacker, or similar)
Excellent communication
Process-driven
Comfortable in fast-moving startup environment
