We are working with a Developer/Builder/Operator in Fresh Meadows. They are currently working on a 1.3 million square foot, roughly 800-unit mid-rise residential project in Fresh Meadows, Queens, with a steady pipeline of additional projects to follow.

They are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join the team supporting this project and future assignments in the pipeline.

Responsibilities:

- Supporting RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
- Coordinating procurement
- Preparing change-order backup and documentation
- Tracking project costs
- Coordinating project schedules
- Following up on meeting action items
- Managing document control
- Coordinating with subcontractors
