Automotive Exterior Lighting Systems – Hardware & Power Electronics

\n

• End to end hardware development for automotive exterior lighting systems including headlamps, signaling lamps, and rear combination lamps.

\n

• System level power architectures and LED driver strategies (linear vs switching) under tight EMI, thermal, and cost constraints,

\n

• ASIL QM/A/B functional safety,

\n

• CAN-FD/LIN integration

\n

• Performing worst case circuit analysis, derating, thermal and reliability analysis (DFMEA, MTBF) to ensure production readiness.

\n

• Driving pre compliance and compliance EMC testing,

\n

• resolving conducted and radiated emission issues through layout, filtering, and architectural changes.

\n

Qualification:
