Junior Scheduler (Hybrid) — Orange County & Los Angeles

CMC Project Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Junior Scheduler to support construction projects across Orange County and Los Angeles, including theme parks, highways, and other large-scale work. This is a hybrid role: remote work plus site visits as needed (typically 1–3 per week).

What you’ll do

\n

\n
• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6

\n

• Review bid schedules and contractor baseline and update schedules

\n

• Prepare owner reports and other schedule deliverables

\n

• Visit job sites to collect progress, verify as-builts, and understand field conditions

\n

• Support multiple clients and projects at once

\n

• Identify delays, logic issues, and schedule risk early

\n

• Work with project managers, superintendents, and senior schedulers

\n

\n

\n

What you need

\n

\n
• Minimum 1 year of Primavera P6 experience (required)

\n

• Construction, engineering, architecture, or project-controls background

\n

• Working knowledge of CPM scheduling

\n

• Strong Excel skills

\n

• Clear written and verbal communication

\n

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

\n

• Ability to travel between Orange County and Los Angeles job sites as needed

\n

• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

\n

• Willingness to complete a drug screening and background check

\n

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting more than one client

\n

\n
