Job DescriptionFull Stack Engineer (Founding Focus)

We are a rapidly growing, founder-led AI platform transforming how key industries interact with critical government contract opportunities. We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer to be the Founding Engineer responsible for building the core data pipeline and user-facing experience of our product. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual passionate about applying AI to solve mission-critical national security challenges.
This is a pivotal, high-impact role where you will own the end-to-end delivery of essential product features. You will be responsible for turning a massive volume of complex government data into actionable intelligence for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build robust data pipelines to ingest, process, and structure the constant flow of government procurement and capability data.
- Develop and iterate on our core product, maintaining a split of approximately 70% backend development and 30% frontend development, while being comfortable working across the entire stack.
- Implement AI Agents and utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) effectively to extract, categorize, and match data to customer needs.
- Collaborate directly with customers to gather feedback, understand user needs, and define the most intuitive ways to browse and interpret complex data, requiring the confidence to present technical solutions to them.
- Build responsive and intuitive User Interfaces (UIs) using modern frameworks.
- Work in a lean, fast-paced environment, willing to learn and iterate quickly to meet the demands of rapid growth.
Requirements
- We are looking for a versatile engineer ready to take ownership and embrace an intense, hacker-culture environment.
- 2 years minimum of Software Engineering (SWE) Experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer.
- Proficiency in building intuitive UIs using the React & Next.js stack.
- Strong backend skills using Python.
- Demonstrated ability to build AI Agents and effectively utilize LLMs for real-world applications.
- Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle in an environment that prioritizes speed and impact.
- Passion for solving complex, mission-critical problems in the national security domain.
Work Policy:
- This is an in-person role requiring attendance at our San Francisco office 5 days per week.
