Job Description

OTO Inc is expanding its telecommunications field operations and seeking experienced residential cable and fiber installation subcontractors in the Oklahoma City area.

We are looking for dependable, self-equipped technicians and established subcontracting crews experienced in residential installations, trouble calls, and service repairs.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified contractors interested in consistent work opportunities and building a long-term business relationship.

Responsibilities

Perform residential coaxial and fiber-optic installations.
Complete new installations, service upgrades, and trouble calls.
Install and troubleshoot internet, television, and voice services.
Diagnose connectivity issues using Viavi testing equipment.
Install and configure customer-premises equipment.
Complete work orders accurately and professionally.
Maintain quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Previous residential cable and fiber installation experience required.
Experience with residential installations and trouble calls.
Familiarity with Viavi testing equipment.
Own reliable work vehicle, ladders, tools, and installation equipment.
Valid driver's license and applicable insurance.
Ability to meet customer onboarding and background-screening requirements.
Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
