Job Summary

The ERP/Data Control Manager will have the responsibility of maintaining, integrating and aligning ERP applications across the United Aero Group (UAG) enterprise. This role will also ensure effective data control management by formulating data collection techniques, implementing procedures for data handling, and sharing. This position requires a hands-on leader to provide guidance and support regarding new implementation, training, standardization, and ERP support to the entire organization.


General Accountabilities

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of UAG ERP systems
  • Understand and Determine ERP Requirements
  • Resolve issues
  • Provide training and support across the organization
  • Develop/write and maintain scripts
  • Design and develop user-friendly interfaces, reports and functionalities
  • Prepare, and maintain training manuals.
  • Provide quality data control management.
  • Create and enforce data control policies
  • Ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data
  • Implement and maintain procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects
  • Effectively manage technical data, ensuring its quality and availability for various stakeholders.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, reports, and database integrations to support operational, financial, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Research, develop, and assist in implementation of new technologies.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems, data control, reporting, and database-driven business processes.
  • Experience working with MRP/ERP systems, including Quantum Component Control and Pentagon, preferred.
  • Knowledge of FAA, EASA, CASA, TCCA, manufacturer, and other applicable regulatory authority requirements preferred.

Skills

  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex operational and financial data.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts, including query development, data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.
  • Ability to create and maintain SQL-based reports, dashboards, stored procedures, and automated data solutions.
  • Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, PivotTables, advanced formulas, and dashboard development.
  • Ability to design, automate, and maintain reporting solutions using ERP data sources.
  • Experience with business intelligence, reporting, data visualization, and analytical tools.
  • Strong technical documentation, data management, and process standardization skills.
  • Effective project management, judgment, decision-making, and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to operate standard office equipment, including a computer, keyboard, mouse, telephone, printer, and copier.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through written communication.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 15 pounds.
  • Must be able to access and navigate company facilities and departments as needed.
