Required Skills

- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in data analytics, data science, AI/ML, NLP, and data visualization
- Strong experience with Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI
- Expertise in AI/ML model development, MVP prototyping, and deployment
- Experience leading analytics solutions and translating enterprise data into mission insights
- Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and real-world implementation

- Palantir experience (Highly Preferred)
- Master's degree in a related field
- DoD AI policies, security, and compliance knowledge

- ETL, data pipelines, and data engineering experience

Key Responsibilities

- Develop data analytics, AI/ML solutions, dashboards, and visualizations to support mission objectives
- Gather requirements, perform EDA, statistical analysis, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AI architectures with monitoring and automation
- Build AI MVPs, support AI adoption, and conduct AI knowledge-sharing sessions
- Lead junior team members and collaborate with customers to deliver innovative analytics solutions
