Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated EV Charging Technical Support Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will provide expert technical assistance for electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and optimal user experience. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, supporting network and system configurations, and delivering exceptional customer service to users and stakeholders. - Provide comprehensive technical support for EV charging stations, including hardware, software, and network components
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity
- Assist with the management of computer systems, including Windows, macOS, Linux, and server environments such as Microsoft Windows Server
- Support the configuration and maintenance of network infrastructure, including LAN, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, TCP/IP protocols, and network administration tasks
- Utilize IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, SCCM, BMC Remedy, and Active Directory for issue tracking and resolution
- Conduct analysis of technical problems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system security, stability, and performance
- Provide desktop support for various devices including mobile devices and computer hardware
- Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure documentation and perform routine system updates
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing user inquiries promptly and professionally

Qualifications
