Job DescriptionWe are looking for an ERP/CRM Architect to guide the design and optimization of enterprise platforms that support core retail operations in Ft Lauderdale, Florida. This role focuses on building scalable architecture standards, strengthening infrastructure reliability, and aligning technical solutions with business needs. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in systems architecture, virtualization, storage environments, and operational excellence across complex technology landscapes.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain architectural frameworks for ERP and CRM environments to support performance, scalability, and long-term business objectives.
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into secure, efficient system designs and integration strategies.
• Oversee DevOps-aligned practices that improve deployment consistency, system monitoring, and infrastructure reliability across enterprise platforms.
• Design and support server virtualization solutions to maximize resource utilization, resilience, and operational flexibility.
• Guide enterprise storage planning and administration to ensure availability, capacity management, and data protection standards are met.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance practices, and documentation for infrastructure and application environments.
• Manage and optimize Group Policy Objects to strengthen system configuration control, security compliance, and user environment consistency.
• Evaluate existing environments and recommend enhancements that improve maintainability, interoperability, and overall technical performance.• Proven experience in ERP and CRM architecture within complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of DevOps practices and their application to infrastructure and platform support.
• Strong expertise in enterprise storage concepts, including capacity, performance, and data availability planning.
• Demonstrated experience with Group Policy Objects and centralized configuration management in Windows-based environments.
• Solid background in server virtualization technologies and infrastructure design principles.
• Understanding of architecture standards, governance methods, and best practices for enterprise systems.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
