As a Senior Project Manager, you will have direct responsibility for all aspects of one large, complex project or multiple small-to-mid-sized projects. You will lead projects through every phase of the construction lifecycle, including estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, construction, safety, and quality assurance.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, sound business judgment, advanced problem-solving abilities, and the ability to identify and mitigate project risks. Equally important is the ability to develop, mentor, and lead project teams while building lasting relationships with clients, design partners, and key trade partners.

Oversee all aspects of project management across complex or multiple projects, including estimating, preconstruction, procurement, submittals, change orders, RFIs, budgeting, financial reporting, cost forecasting, billing, scheduling, quality control, and project closeout.
-
Proactively identify challenges, resolve project issues, and implement solutions that keep projects on track.
-
Ensure permits, inspections, testing, and procurement activities are properly coordinated to prevent schedule delays.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners' representatives, design teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Lead owner, architect, and contractor (OAC) meetings and maintain consistent communication throughout the project.
-
Identify and implement opportunities to improve project efficiency through construction technology, sustainability, Lean practices, and self-perform work.
-
Collaborate closely with Superintendents and field management to plan, organize, and direct site activities while resolving field challenges.
-
Supervise, mentor, and develop project staff, supporting their professional growth and overall team performance.
-
Uphold company values, policies, procedures, ethics, and professionalism.
-
Champion project safety by reinforcing safety policies, participating in safety meetings, and ensuring safety standards and practices are consistently maintained.
