Schedule/Shift:
Day Shift, 8 hours, Monday - Friday

Position Overview:

• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory standards, including USP <795>, <797>, <800>, state board pharmacy regulations, and applicable FDA guidance.
• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the Quality Management System (QMS), encompassing SOPs, change control, deviation tracking, CAPAs, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate and oversee pharmacy audits and inspections conducted by state boards, the FDA, and third-party organizations.
• Continuously monitor updates in regulatory requirements and revise internal policies, procedures, and training programs as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 57 years of quality experience in pharmaceutical compounding, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, <800>, and applicable state and federal regulations governing 503A pharmacy operations.
• Proven track record of leading audits and managing regulatory inspections.
• Strong proficiency in quality management systems (QMS), document control platforms, and data integrity practices; familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 is preferred.
