Quality Technician
We are looking for a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. If you have a sharp eye for detail, hands-on experience with advanced measurement systems, and a passion for manufacturing excellence, we want to hear from you.
Position –Quality Tech
Job Location –Lomira, WI
Starting Date –ASAP
Employment Term –Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type –Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
Starting Pay –$23-30/hr depending on experience

Required Education –High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience –At least 4 years of experience
Qualifications
- 4+ years in a technical role with a focus on CNC Machining, stamping or heat treating.
- Associate degree in Quality or Engineering preferred.
- Manufacturing Inspection experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Use hand measuring tools and advanced systems (CMM, Optical comparators) to conduct inspections
- Develop inspection plans and process Engineering Change Requests
- Authorize proper disposition of non-conforming materials to maintain high quality standards
- Manage/ Accurately complete quality documentation on forms such as: ISIRs, Part
