  • Deliver virtual and in-person training for new hires, project teams, field personnel and other users.
  • Drive Procore adoption by helping users understand how to effectively use the platform to improve efficiency and project execution.
  • Gather user feedback to identify training needs, system improvements, and opportunities to enhance the user experience.

Data, Reporting and Analytics

  • Develop and maintain Procore reporting, dashboards, and analytics that provide meaningful KPIs and actionable insights across projects, regions and the organization.
  • Promote consistent, reliable Procore data and partner with data/technology teams on integrations and enterprise reporting solutions.
  • Use data and analytics to identify performance trends, lessons learned, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Platform Development and Innovation

  • Maintain awareness of Procore’s product roadmap, releases, AI capabilities, and industry best practices.
  • Evaluate new Procore tools and functionality based on business needs and potential value.
  • Lead or support pilots, testing, user feedback, and implementation of new functionality.
