Job Summary

\n

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Product Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with product management, product ownership, and transformation leadership experience within Wealth Management, Retirement, or Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, requirements gathering, and end-to-end product delivery.

\n

• Translate business strategy into customer journeys, product capabilities, epics, features, functional requirements, and technology roadmaps.

\n

• Partner with Product, Business, Operations, Architecture, and Engineering teams to align business objectives with technology solutions.

\n

• Lead product modernization and multi-year transformation initiatives across complex financial services platforms.

\n

• Define business outcomes, KPIs, and success metrics to measure product performance and customer value.

\n

• Manage competing priorities, dependencies, regulatory requirements, and delivery risks.

\n

• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions across business and technology teams.

\n

• Apply AI-accelerated software development practices across design, development, testing, and release to improve productivity and reduce time to market.

\n

\n

\n

Required Technical Skills

\n

\n
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.

\n

• Experience developing scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications using AWS.

\n

• Knowledge of AWS services, including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, SQS, and SNS.

\n

• Understanding of AWS security, IAM policies, cloud networking, and cost optimization.

\n

• Experience with NoSQL databases such as Amazon DynamoDB or MongoDB.

\n

• Experience with AI-powered and AI-accelerated Product Development Lifecycle (AI-PDLC) practices.

\n

\n

\n

Product Management and Leadership Skills

\n

\n
• 12+ years of experience across product management, product ownership, or techno-functional leadership.

\n

• Proven experience shaping product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, requirements, and delivery.

\n

• Ability to connect business strategy, product requirements, and technical implementation.

\n

• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

\n

• Experience defining and tracking business KPIs and measurable product outcomes.

\n

• Ability to lead complex modernization and transformation programs.

\n

Domain Experience

\n

\n
• Wealth Management and Financial Services.

\n

• Retirement products, including 401(k), 403(b), pensions, and Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs).

• Retirement recordkeeping services.

\n

• Understanding of retirement participant and financial advisor journeys, including:

• Enrollment and contributions.

\n

• Investment selection and management.

\n

• Rollovers and distributions.

\n

• Beneficiary management.

\n

• Account servicing and participant support.

\n
