Senior QA Test Lead – Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Migration

Position Overview

\n

Lead the end-to-end QA and testing strategy for a large-scale PeopleSoft-to-Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP migration. Own test planning, execution, governance, data migration validation, SIT, functional, security/RBAC, UAT, and regression testing while coordinating QA, business, and SI teams.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Define and execute the Master Test Strategy covering data migration, SIT/integration, functional, security/RBAC, UAT, and regression testing.

\n

• Establish QA governance, test entry/exit criteria, defect workflows, and reporting.

\n

• Lead and mentor onshore/offshore QA engineers, BAs, business users, and system integrators.

\n

• Design and maintain Jira/Xray test repositories, Test Plans, Test Sets, dashboards, and coverage reports.

\n

• Ensure end-to-end traceability across legacy requirements, Fusion configurations, test cases, and defects.

\n

• Lead PeopleSoft-to-Fusion data migration validation, including extraction, transformation, loading, and reconciliation.

\n

• Establish regression testing for Oracle Fusion quarterly updates/patches.

\n

• Partner with business process owners to plan and execute UAT and lead defect triage.

\n

• Support test automation integration with Xray through CI/CD pipelines.

\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• 10+ years of software testing experience.

\n

• 4+ years as a QA Lead/Test Manager on large enterprise ERP implementations.

\n

• Proven experience with at least one PeopleSoft-to-Oracle Cloud Fusion migration.

\n

• Advanced hands-on experience with Jira and Xray Test Management; deep Xray expertise required.

\n

• Strong understanding of core ERP business processes/modules.

\n

• Experience with SQL and data reconciliation/validation.

\n

• Familiarity with Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, or similar automation tools and CI/CD integration with Xray.

\n

• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate QA metrics to business leadership.

\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Oracle Cloud Fusion certification.

\n

• ISTQB Advanced Level – Test Manager certification.

\n

• Experience with automated regression testing tools for Oracle Fusion.
