We are currently taking applications for an estimator/project manager for a small to midsized commercial electrical contracting company based in Lancaster PA . We have been experiencing steady growth and are looking for a motivated individual to add to our team and use their knowledge of electrical construction to grow with us.

<li>Previous estimating experience</li>
<li>Reading and understanding blueprints and project manuals</li>
<li>Accurate material takeoffs and labor hours estimation</li>
<li>Knowledge of current NEC</li>
<li>Vendor and Subcontractor procurement</li>
<li>Knowledge of Electrical Bid Manager software or the ability to learn</li>
<li>Value engineering</li>
<li>Bid strategy and proposal writing</li>
<li>Extensive field knowledge</li>
<li>Ability to work well with others in an office setting</li>
