Company: Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas

Are you a skilled IT leader ready to make an impact with a mission-driven organization? Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to lead and support all corporate and retail IT operations. If you're passionate about driving innovation, securing systems, and helping others succeed through technology, this may be the role for you.

In this key leadership role, you will oversee both the strategic direction and day-to-day management of our technology infrastructure. You'll support internal operations and our retail network, manage third-party technology vendors, and ensure compliance with CARF standards and company security requirements. A strong candidate will have proven experience in Microsoft Azure, Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), and Intune, and will be confident managing cloud infrastructure, access control, and endpoint security across multiple sites.

You will also lead technology procurement activities-helping to evaluate, source, and manage the purchase of hardware, software, and IT services that support Goodwill's operational goals.

Strong interpersonal communication is a must, as you'll be regularly coordinating with teams across departments and retail locations to troubleshoot issues, train staff, and ensure business continuity.

We value a professional, well-groomed appearance and expect this leader to model ethical behavior, reliability, and respect in every aspect of their work.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in computer technical support and network administration

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), and Intune

  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and enterprise device management

  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and technology procurement

  • Experience supporting end users in both corporate and retail environments

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Prior employment with Goodwill (preferred)

  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred)

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license

  • Ability to lift and/or move 40+ lbs

  • Must maintain a professional appearance and comply with Goodwill's dress code policy

  • Must be dependable, honest, and uphold strong work ethics

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Willingness to provide hands-on technical support across multiple locations

  • Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with new technologies

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment

Join our mission to transform lives through the power of work-and technology.
