• 
  \n 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and Integrations

\n

• .Minimum 2+ years of experience leading Salesforce development teams and driving end-to-end technical delivery

\n

• .Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Commerce Cloud. Automotive Cloud experience preferred

\n

• .Hands-on experience in B2B Commerce and/or D2C Commerce implementations, including storefront customization, checkout flows, order management, and integrations

\n

• .Expertise in solution design, application architecture, data modeling, security, and Salesforce best practices

\n

• .Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures

\n

• .Lead technical design discussions and provide scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions

\n

• .Perform code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce coding standards and development best practices

\n

• .Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub

\n

• .Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies

\n

• .Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

\n

• .Salesforce certifications such as PD1, PD2, Application Architect, or relevant Cloud Consultant certifications preferred
