We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling. The candidate must be available to join on October 5, 2026 and work onsite in Cleveland, OH.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules based on business requirements.
- Work extensively with General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).
- Configure and support Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Handle SAP FICO configuration, testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Work on integration between FI/CO and SAP MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP and technical teams.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Troubleshoot complex SAP FICO issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support implementation, migration, enhancement, and production-support activities.
- Maintain configuration, functional, testing, and process documentation.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of SAP FICO experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FI and CO.
- Strong experience with GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and financial closing.
- Experience with Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Strong understanding of integration with SAP MM and SD.
- Experience with SAP implementation, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Good understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
