- Debugging & Troubleshooting: Strong web application debugging skills; performance monitoring and bug resolution
- Platforms / ERP: NetSuite or ERP platform familiarity preferred (training provided)
- IT Support / Hardware: Basic end-user IT support — laptops, hardware, networking basics, workstation setup
- Coordination: Experience coordinating with offshore or remote IT teams (preferred)
