Hybrid: 3 on 2 off.
Hours of Ops: flexible. 7-4/8-5
This role will coordinate activities across security, technology, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure assessments progress, findings are documented, remediation activities are tracked, and stakeholders remain aligned. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams by tracking actions, identifying gaps and dependencies, driving follow-up, and ensuring owners are accountable for agreed-upon activities.
Required Qualifications
*2 years work experience coordinating cross-functional projects or initiatives.
*Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
*Proven ability to manage multiple activities, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
*Experience maintaining project plans, action logs, RAID logs, schedules, or other project management documentation.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to facilitate meetings and translate discussions into clear decisions, actions, owners, and next steps.
*Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
*Proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools.
