Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager
Location: Columbia, SC (5 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months with Extension

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee complex technology initiatives, coordinate project teams, manage requirements, and support successful implementation across enterprise environments.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience with moderate to high complexity.

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis and process redesign.

• Minimum 5 years managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-level initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through implementation and closure.

• Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, budgets, status reports, and communication plans.

• Coordinate IT teams, vendors, SMEs, and business stakeholders.

• Conduct requirements workshops, interviews, and process analysis.

• Document business, functional, nonfunctional, and user-story requirements.

• Analyze current and future-state workflows and data flows.

• Track risks, issues, decisions, and project dependencies.

• Coordinate UAT, cutover, readiness, and post-launch support.

• Support change management and user adoption activities.

• Develop project documentation, dashboards, schedules, and executive updates.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale IT implementations.

• Strong requirements and process analysis skills.

• Experience coordinating UAT and implementation activities.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience working with vendors and multidisciplinary teams.
