Job Description

Lead Major Electric Transmission Projects — From Start to Finish

Ready to lead major electric power projects? We’re hiring a Project Executive to oversee high-voltage transmission and substation work—critical to grid reliability and the energy transition. Own the full EPC/DB project lifecycle, from estimating to close-out, while guiding cross-functional teams through complex challenges

What You’ll Do:

Lead full project delivery of large EPC/DB projects in electric power transmission and substations—from planning to final turnover
Manage contracts, budgets, and schedules while keeping safety, quality, and client satisfaction top of mind.
Direct and mentor project teams across engineering, procurement, and construction functions.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment throughout the project.
Drive smart decisions in design, planning, and execution to improve outcomes and reduce risk.
Oversee procurement, change orders, scheduling, and payments across all phases.
Ensure seamless project close-out, including warranty resolution and lessons learned.

Requirements:

10+ years of project management experience in construction or EPC—focused on electric power transmission, substations, or distribution.
Strong understanding of how transmission lines and substations are designed, built, and operated.
A proven track record leading complex, multi-phase infrastructure projects from estimating through close-out.
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with tools such as Primavera P6, Procore, Microsoft Office, and JD Edwards.
Ability to travel to project sites, up to 75%, depending on project needs.
