• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and resolve challenges.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with scope and resources.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring quality delivery and compliance.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project status and outcomes.
